Which of these books would you recommend? I am trying to find The Color of Water at home. Do you know where it might be?

Mom
P.S. I have been reading Brother John's book that will be published in October!

hey mom, The Color of Water is in the basement I believe, on one of the shelves with Elizabeth's or my books. It also could be in the boxes under my bed, but that'd be pretty hard to find. I really liked Timbuktu a lot. You might enjoy it, it's told from the perspective of a dog. Also, I think Dad would like Blood Meridian. It's quite, well, bloody, but it's the best western I've ever read. That's cool to hear you're reading John's book. Look forward to seeing you guys next month.

Thanks for the tips on the books! I will pass on the info to Dad. Just told him and he had already seen it. What are your plans for the 4th? Also, I'd love to hear what reaction people over there have to Bush and our country.

Mom
